KYB、臼井専務が社長に昇格（レスポンス）

KYBは18日、同日開催した取締役会で山本悟社長が退任し、臼井政夫専務が社長に昇格する人事を内定したと発表した。経営体制の強化と若返りを図る。6月下旬に就任する。

山本社長は相談役に就任する。臼井氏は1971年3月東海大学工学部卒、同年4月萱場工業（現KYB）に入社。2003年6月取締役相模工場長、06年6月常務取締役ハイドロリックコンポーネンツ事業本部長を経て、09年6月から専務取締役経営企画本部長。48年11月生まれ、61才。神奈川県出身。
